Tiny Heart by Flyleaf .. this is the tenth track of Flyleaf's "Memento Mori" album. I've downloaded the tracks .. so it means that I have no idea what the album contains. I've listened to this track, well, Tiny Heart, and I liked it. I searched the chorus lyrics, and got this:

And oh, by the way, those ARE the lyrics of the song when you play it.

Then, here's the catch. When I searched the chords and tabs of this very song, this is the chorus:
