This is something I realized years ago. Girls, I'm talking to you right now. Diba it's hard? As of now I can give you some example where we girls "unconsciously" use this inborn ability, may be a gift or a curse.
TYPICAL ASSUMPTIONS by GIRLS by Camille Sigrid Vasquez
- A girl thinks a guy likes her
- because of the way he looks at her
- because of the way he talks to her
- because she catches him looking at her direction
- because she got carried away of her being loveteamed with the guy
- because he seems to be doing things just to be with her
- because he seems to be doing things to get close to her
- A girl thinks a guy doesn't (or will never) like her
- because she thinks she's too imperfect
- because she thinks she's too perfect
- because she thinks he likes someone else
- because he constantly talks about someone else
- because he constantly LOOKS at someone else
- because his friends loveteam him up with another girl
- because your friends loveteam him up with another girl
- because you hear people say that he likes another girl
- because you hear that his ex still texts him
- because she thinks his friends will never like her
- because she thinks he knows that her friends will never like him
- A girl thinks the guy likes her, but is too "torpe" to admit it
- because she thinks she's in the popular social class and she thinks that he feels that there should be a boundary between social classes. -whut? -_-
- because she thinks he's immature
- because he's too emo, that his feelings come out only in social networking sites, and she thinks that those things are about her
There are a whole lot more. As in. I just can't find the perfect words to describe them. And besides, those were the scenarios I saw through the course of my life (of course not everything were by me, some were by my friends). Girls, be a hypocrite now and tell me these things are not happening. I know at least one thing in this list happened to you at least once, or a similar story. Ugh -_-
Diba no? Did we ever stop to think back and reflect? Why are girls born with the gift/curse of being so ASSUMING?
