Rule: HANGOUT is not a DATE

You know the Bro Code? I wanna make something like that lol. I wanna label this post with something like, Article II Section 3a, but I haven't really organized the stuff so yeah. Anyway, here goes one of the rules I came up with while girl-talking with one of my girlfriends.
RULE
Unless it is specified beforehand, or certain events that directly signals that there is romantic interest in either or both parties (acts including, but not limited to: light kiss, hand holding, really serious eye-gazing), a HANGOUT IS NOT A DATE.

This rule was created to protect parties engaging in Hangouts, particularly those who are unsure if said activity involves romantic interest and if so, the amount, as such misunderstandings and/or expectation can lead to punishments ranging from awkwardness to heartbreaks.

COROLLARY: The act must only be first base or lower (using the Base System, go look it up). If second base or higher, it's perversion and/or rape. Lol.

COROLLARY: For "really serious eye-gazing". Most females still overinterpret this, as eye gazing sometimes not indicate romantic interest. If the female has not yet acquired enough Hangout or Dating experience to distinguish a friendly eye-gaze from a romantic eye-gaze, she must not use this to label the event a Date.
